  • How I can book a hotel?

Select the Hotel, the required room type and your arrival and departure dates, book the room. The booking has been added to your CART successfully.

Go to your Cart, proceed to checkout in your Cart, fill the Billing details in and Special request fields if needed.

  • How I can book a tour?

Select the Tour, the tour date and number of adults and children in Availability box.

After clicking the Proceed button, you will see Booking details and submit tour booking, where you have to fill in your data. You can add your datas for every kind of tours because it will be forwarded to the program providers

  • What is the function of the Cart?

Your cart collects all elements of your bookings (hotels, tours).

  • What does the price include?

GoBudapest reservation service is free. We do not charge any booking fees or add any administration fees.

In case of hotels all prices include VAT, city tax and breakfast; in case of tours all prices include VAT.

We will send you an email confirmation after you have completed your booking. You should receive the confirmation email generally within 15 minutes, although it may take up to several hours for you to receive the confirmation email. It is worth checking the spam folder in your email to make sure your confirmation email was not blocked. You may need to add this web site to your “allowed” senders list to receive confirmation emails and information regarding future bookings.

After you have made your booking, we will send you a confirmation email, which also serves as your receipt. Upon check-out form the hotel, you will receive a receipt from the hotel detailing any additional charges you might have incurred throughout your stay.

The best way to modify your reservation is to send an email to reservation@gobudapest.com. Our colleagues can help you find alternative room types, dates or hotels to ensure your stay will match your updated needs.

Please note that we allow the  reservations to be  be changed or modified 14 days prior to arrival date, but the price can change due to availibility and season.

Rates and availability are subject to change, so it is possible that the rate will be different from your original reservation.

In order to offer the most competitive rates, the bookings are non-refundable so they are not eligible for a refund. The one exception is if you have purchased a travel insurance policy for your booking and the reason for your change is covered under that policy.
