Payment options

Guaranteed reservations made via our website are binding, all prices are listed in Euros. The stated product prices are all final prices, they all include taxes, in case of accommodation also the breakfast, but no further costs are added.

The booking should be paid 14 days before arrival date, not receiving the payment allows us to cancel  the order.

You can choose from the following payment methods:

  • Direct Bank transfer :

Make your payment within 10 days after the booking directly into our bank account using your Order ID as the payment reference.

Making the booking within 10 days of arrival date suggests immediate payment.

  • PayPal :

PayPal standard works by sending customers to PayPal where they can enter their payment information.

  • Credit Cards + iDEAL:

paying by credit card or the iDEAL method used in the Netherlands.

Your credit card will be charged immediately following your booking, when you give authorisation to make the payment. All orders are processed immediately.

If the credit card data proves not be correct when they are checked, or the card cannot be charged, or the banktransfer did not arrive to GoBudapest, we will send you a notification.

If the payment is still  not received we preserve the right to cancel  the booking .

We will inform you about this in an email. 

 

Payments for groups or special arrangements must be fulfilled by bank transfer to our bank account which will be shown on the invoice.

In case of an unauthorised use of your credit card by third parties, please report this to your credit card provider and contact us immediately via email to reservation@gobudapest.com.
